New Year, new season, and a great new video…….. This is the first video out of four for the 2009-2010 season. This video includes plays from the first 20 games (Until the Sacramento win on December 5th) The Suns are winning again and playing entertainment brand of basketball. Let’s hope they can keep it up playing team ball and hopefully they can make some noise in the playoffs.

calo2006 I’m just a 5’7 chinese kid and I can easily dunk over people. Anyone can easily do it, just use the right training program. I personally used the 1 from | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | but just about any training workout is fine if they work that is… lol

i like thisa video. it shows for the first time the DEFENSE that the suns had incorporated in this season. nice to see the ugys blocking shots and making great plays from defense stops

hi calo2006, I’m trying to improve my jumping ability by performing the exercise routine over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | – and thus far improved past 8-9 inches so far but I m still a a little off from dunking the ball It is only my second week so far, any advices?
